Lady Bulldog volleyball teams traveled to Savage on October 11th to play JV and varsity matches against the Lady Warriors.
CCHS JV lost their match in four sets, though they did win the first set; 25-18, 22-25, 7-15, 13-15.
The varsity Lady Bulldogs lost their conference matchup in three sets; 18-25, 18-25, 15-25. Junior Nasya O'Connor led CCHS in aces (2 of 3), kills (5 of 13) and blocks (4 of 5). Seniors Kendra Tooke and Tracy Wilson tied for a team high in digs (6 of 26) while classmate Danica Shepherd had 12 of the team's 13 assists.
On Tuesday, CCHS fell to the Harding County Ranchers in Buffalo, SD in three straight sets. Stats for that match were not available by press time Wednesday. On Thursday, CCHS volleyball plays in Plevna. On Saturday, they will take on Terry at home.
