Dahl announces hiring of new physical therapists

Press release submitted by Dahl Memorial Healthcare Association

Dahl Memorial Healthcare Association recently introduced a new duo to their physical therapy team — Caitlyn Harper, PT, DPT, and Matthew Hambright, PTA. Both Harper and Hambright are now settled in and ready to serve the community, bringing their unique expertise and passion for helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Caitlyn Harper, PT, DPT

Harper graduated with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from Messiah University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from Lynchburg College. Harper specializes in treating the knee, shoulder, and lumbar spine, with extensive experience in manual therapy, post-operative care, and vestibular rehabilitation. She is currently pursuing certification in Pelvic Floor therapy, with a keen interest in working with patients of all ages to help them regain strength, balance, and function. Outside of work, Harper enjoys outdoor adventures, photography, yoga, sports, and is training for a half marathon.

Matthew Hambright, PTA

Hambright, a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant, brings five years of orthopedic experience to the team. After earning his B.S. in Kinesiology from James Madison University, Hambright found his passion for outpatient orthopedic care, especially in treating foot, ankle, and knee conditions. A graduate of the Physical Therapist Assistant program at Northern Virginia Community College, Hambright is dedicated to helping patients regain mobility and live pain-free. In his free time, he may be found on the soccer field, hiking or mountain biking on local trails, or enjoying hobbies like woodworking and golfing.

Harper and Hambright are eager to help community members reach their rehabilitation goals and are now taking patients. Meet them at the healthcare facility in Ekalaka and experience the exceptional care they offer at Dahl Memorial.
