Deputy retires

Carter County Deputy Sheriff Jim Bailey officially retired this week after twenty years of dedicated service to the county. Deputy Bailey was hired by former Carter County Sheriff Rusty Jardee on June 25th, 2004 and completed his service with Sheriff Neil Kittelmann on Wednesday. A thank you is extended to Deputy Bailey for his years of service and commitment to law enforcement. Josh Norris was recently hired to fill the vacancy left by Bailey. Deputy Norris started his service with the Carter County Sheriff's Office on July 1st.
