Dear Baker & Ekalaka communities,

I hope this letter finds you in good health and spirits. After careful consideration of my professional and personal goals, I have decided to leave my Primary Care role at Dahl Memorial Healthcare as of 9/1/24. This decision was not made lightly. It has been a privilege and an honor to be part of your healthcare journey. I have truly enjoyed getting to know you and am very grateful for the trust you have placed in me as your Family Nurse Practitioner.

Although I will be stepping down from my role as a primary care provider, I am pleased to inform you that I will be remain a member of the Medical Staff at Dahl Memorial which will allow me to continue my relationship with Dahl Memorial and supporting the wonderful team of healthcare professionals in a different capacity.

Please rest assured that your healthcare needs are of utmost importance to us during this transition. Dahl Memorial Administration, Medical Staff, and myself are committed to providing continuity of care, and we will be working diligently to ensure that you have a smooth transition to a new primary care provider.

I want to take this opportunity to express my unwavering support for Dahl Memorial. Being a part of this community and healthcare team has been a profoundly rewarding experience, and Ekalaka will always hold a special place in my heart. The team here is dedicated, skilled, and compassionate, and I have full confidence in their ability to provide excellent care for you and your family. Our medical staff includes experienced local providers who have been practicing at Dahl Memorial for several years. You can be assured that you will continue to receive the high-quality, personalized, and consistent care you have come to expect from Dahl Memorial.

In the coming weeks, I encourage you to schedule a follow-up appointment with me to discuss the transition of your care. We can assist with transferring your medical records to another facility, if necessary. If you have any specific preferences or concerns regarding this transition, please do not hesitate to contact Dahl Clinic at 406-775-8730 and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

It has been an honor and a privilege to care for the Baker, Ekalaka and surrounding communities over the past several years. Thank you for the opportunity to be a part of your healthcare team. It has been a rewarding experience, and I will always cherish the relationships I have built over the years. I wish you and your loved ones continued health and happiness.
