No congregate meals

Congregate meals are currently unavailable at the Carter County Senior Center until further notice. Meals had previously been available on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. The county is currently advertising for bids.

“Carter County hereby invites for congregate meals and home delivered meal bids for the elderly for July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025. Meals served must be acceptable to the elderly consumer, meet 1/3 RDA and provide a minimum of 600 calories. Meals will be served on days and times mutually agreed upon by the two parties.”
