Jensen crowned Miss Southeast Montana Rodeo Teen

Bella Rae Jensen of Ekalaka was crowned Miss Southeast Montana Rodeo Teen 2024 at this year's Miles City Bucking Horse Sale on May 18th in Miles City. Jensen won the title at a May 11th pageant in Miles City.

Two years ago, Jensen was crowned Miss Southeast Montana Rodeo Princess 2022 at the bucking horse sale.

During this year's bucking horse, Jensen said she enjoyed carrying the flags during the grand entries each day, especially on Sunday when she was honored to carry the Montana Flag.

Jensen will be a junior at Carter County High School in the fall. She competes in rodeos throughout the summer in breakaway, barrel racing, goat tying, and pole bending.

As the new Miss Southeast Montana Rodeo Teen, Jensen said she will get to be "one of the faces of rodeo around these parts this summer."

In August, she will be running for Miss Teen Rodeo Montana in Great Falls.

Jensen is the daughter of Ty and Sarina O'Connor and Chris Jensen.
