Jessie "Georgetta" McCamish, 87, passed away on March 13, 2024 at St. Vincent Hospital after a short illness surrounded by her loving family. She was born to George and Jessie (Brewer) Townsend on February 26, 1937 in Ekalaka, MT. She had three siblings, Robert, Loyd and Gary. She attended Ekalaka Public Schools and graduated in 1955.

Georgetta worked as a cook at various restaurants and owned her own restaurant, Margetta's, in Baker, MT for four years.

Georgetta was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She loved cooking and baking with Herb. The two of them enjoyed traveling to Minnesota, California, Canada, and Branson, Missouri. They also enjoyed camping, especially in the Black Hills of South Dakota. Georgetta was known for her love of the slot machines in Deadwood, SD, spending a lot of time at The First Gold.

Herb and Georgetta never missed attending any event for their children, grandchildren, and now great-grandchildren – traveling wherever they needed to cheer them on.
