'Dogs down Cardinals

On January 6th, the Bulldogs traveled to Bison, South Dakota to play JV and varsity non-conference basketball games.

No JV stats were available.

In varsity action, the ‘Dogs won by a wide margin, 70-48, with big offensive nights from Wyatt Melton and Kaleb Frye who had 24 and 21 points, respectively. CCHS was up 25 to 9 after the first frame and never looked back. The ‘Dogs shot 14-25 (56 percent) from the free throw line; seven of those 14 makes came in the fourth quarter.

The young basketball season is now ramping up with conference games scheduled for Friday versus Plevna at home and at Terry on Saturday.
