Wright wins

Voter turn-out was low in the mail ballot election for the Town of Ekalaka on Tuesday.

Unofficial results of the election show that incumbent Andrew Wright defeated challenger Ross Phelps for a four-year term as a council member for the Town of Ekalaka. Wright received 89 votes; Phelps received 59.
