Local family to perform at Days of '85 Gospel Sing

The Kalbach Family Singers musical group consists of a father and mother, Steve and Jessica, and their children Susanna (12) and Jason (8). Steve and Jessica have been involved in playing music and singing together since their marriage in 2007. Prior to that, they both played music with other groups.

Music is one of the special gifts from God and they love sharing it with others. They have taught guitar, violin, and mandolin to many students through the years, as well as singing and playing at various events. Susanna and Jason have grown up in a home filled with music, and have been helping the family sing since they were very young. They now each play several instruments, and love praising Jesus through music. The family's music styles range from western/bluegrass to old time gospel and worship.

The concert is set to begin at 8 p.m. on Saturday, August 12th. Come to the Lawn at First Baptist Church and bring a lawn chair for your comfort. The concert is free and family friendly. Refreshments are provided.
