'An Evening with the Arts' set for May 16

The CCHS Close-Up student organization will be hosting a spaghetti dinner in conjunction with this year’s “Evening with the Arts” event.

Close-Up is an opportunity for students from all over the nation to travel to Washington D.C. and participate in a youth tour. While on the tour, students visit monuments, learn about the federal government and meet other students. CCHS students are currently raising funds to travel in 2024.

An Evening with the Arts allows Ekalaka Public Schools students the opportunity to showcase fine arts programs for the community. Miss Morgan’s drama class and Miss Hamblin’s music students will perform. Various art projects created by K-8 students will also be on display.

Plan on attending “An Evening with the Arts,” May 16th from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the school. The freewill donation dinner will be served from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m., followed by performances.
