Broadus hung around for most of the game but Lady Blue proved to be too much to handle. Broadus stayed in the game by out-rebounding CCHS, 24-20, and shooting a high percentage from beyond the arc where they went 5 of 10. CCHS, meanwhile, did a lot of their damage from the charity stripe where they shot 20 of 27 (74 percent). The Lady Bulldogs also only committed 10 turnovers and had 20 steals. The Lady Hawks committed 30 turnovers. Senior Heidi LaBree had 24 points in her final home game, but even more impressive was the fact that she had 11 steals.
