CCHS Class of 2022 Commencement

Commencement exercises for the Carter County High School Class of 2022 were held on Saturday. A large crowd of family and friends gathered inside the gymnasium to wish the graduating class well. Local Dennis Bishop, a United States Air Force veteran who co-owns Wagon Wheel Café and has recently overcame major obstacles after developing Guillain-Barré syndrome late in 2020, delivered the commencement address. Kenzie Tooke gave the salutatorian address and Darin Schallenberger delivered the valedictorian address.
