O'Donnell wins award for defensive tactics

Carter County Undersheriff Clark O'Donnell recently completed a training program at the Montana Law Enforcement Academy in Helena. Upon completion of the program, O'Donnell received the Josh Rutherford Award for excellence in defensive tactics.

Undersheriff O'Donnell was the second officer to bring back an award of excellence for the Carter County Sheriff's Department recently. In March of 2020, Deputy Dwayne Bruce received the Jimmy Kaaro Memorial Award for attaining the highest academic record.
