Annual Dahl Memorial Healthcare Association meeting nears

Dahl Memorial Healthcare Association will hold its annual meeting on Thursday, September 16th beginning at 6 p.m. at Carter County Events Center.

Three board positions are up for election to three-year terms at the annual meeting this year. Board members whose terms are expiring and are up for re-election include Jitt Schneider, Troy Fruit and Georgia Bruski. Jerry Keith and Jonathan DeFord are also running for the open positions.

The annual meeting is open for all to attend but to be a voting member of the association, persons must be 18 years or older and a Carter County resident. Individuals may become a lifetime member of the association for $10 by contacting Alicia at 406-775-8730.

Voting association members may vote in person at the meeting, by proxy through another association member (individuals can only be a proxy for two association members), or with Alicia prior to the meeting.

Cookies, water, and coffee will be available. Many door prizes will also be given to lucky attendees.

In addition to the election of three board members, much will be reported at the annual meeting. Association members are encouraged to attend and hear a report of activities from the last year as well as recognize employees for their valuable service to the community.
