Separate kindergarten screening set for April 8

Ekalaka Public Schools will be holding a kindergarten screening on April 8 separate from the developmental screening that is taking place on Tuesday, April 6.

The screening for children who will be entering kindergarten next year will be on Thursday, April 8, between 12:30 and 1 p.m. in the gym.

Children entering kindergarten next year do not need to attend the screening on April 6, but are welcome to be a guest at the school that morning. Those who do will get to check out the campus, spend time in the classroom with Mrs. Frye and eat lunch. The visit will take place from 8 a.m. until noon.
