Developmental screening, April 6

Ekalaka Public Schools will be hosting a developmental screening for children aged 0-5 years on Tuesday, April 6, from 12:30 to 4 p.m. in the elementary school gym. This screening will help parents gain information about their child’s development and how to support the child’s progress.

Children aged 3-5 years will be screened in the following areas: Concepts/Thinking Skills, Motor Skills, Speech/Language Development and Hearing. Children under 3 years will be screened by DEAP (Developmental Educational Assistance Program) either in person or through a tele-visit or phone interview.
