Christmas Haiku

Make three round snowballs

Get a carrot, hat, and eyes

Stack them high and tall

Sneak down the chimney

Presents go under the tree

Try not to wake me

The tree will be tall

We will decorate it all

Hope it will not fall

It is Christmas time

It is time for joy and fun

It is time for love

We put up the lights

We have a Merry Christmas

We put up the tree

We take down the tree

It is almost the new year

Winter is fun filled

Snowflakes dancing in the air

Winter is snowy

Put your jackets on

Don’t forget your scarves and hats

Sleds are leaving fast

Quickly up the hill

Snow flying while children run

This is the Season

Turn on the oven and bake,

Cook some cookies now

I love sweet cookies

Do you like good sweet cookies

I like cinnamon

I do not like cranberries

Frosting is good though

Snow is wet and cold
