One of the largest fundraising events in the area is set to take place this Saturday, November 16.. The 16th Annual Stan Wagner Memorial Wild Game Feed will be held at the Fallon County Fairgrounds in the livestock barn.
They will begin serving food at 4 p.m. You will be able to find a variety of dishes made with wild game prepared by Jake Wagner of Hanging W Meats. Kid's games will begin at 5 p.m., followed by the adult games. Raffle tickets will be available all night until the drawing.
Wendy Wagner of Hanging W Meats stated that they will be using the same heating source as last year.
This year's recipients, Sons of the American Legion, Green Horn Shooting Sports Program, Baker Wrestling Club, Beaver Creek Rendezvous, Ekalaka Fire Dept. and Baker Lions Club, will share the proceeds from this year's Wild Game Feed.
Like always, there will be several guns raffled off and other prizes given away. There will also be guided antelope hunts in Colorado, hog hunts in Oklahoma as well as other hunts and a trip to the NFR in Vegas.
