Bulldog netters traveled to Terry last Friday and defeated the Terriers in four sets, 25-12, 25-17, 22-25 and 25-12. As a team they had 24 aces, 39 kills, 2 blocks, 45 digs and 37 assists. Ella Owen led the way in aces with 6. Hannah LaBree led in assists with 21 and had one of the Dogs' blocks. Heather LaBree led in kills with 9 and Whitney Kittelmann led in digs with 12. Kenzie Tooke had the other Bulldog block.
On Saturday in Broadus, the dogs again won a four-set match, 25-12, 25-18, 16-25 and 25-14. Whitney Kittelmann led the team in aces (6 of 10) and assists (19 of 31). Gracie Tooke had a team-high 10 kills and Ella Owen led in digs with 20. Heather LaBree had 4 of 6 Bulldog blocks.
This Friday CCHS Volleyball will take on Broadus at home. On Saturday they travel to Jordan. Junior high is scheduled to play prior to high school on both days.
