The CCHS volleyball girls finished their season with two home matches last weekend, and continued their hot, recent play by winning both games in three sets. Against Circle on Friday, the Bulldogs won 25-13, 25-19, and 25-17. Whitney Kittelmann led the team in assists with 16 out of the team's 32. Hannah LaBree led in aces with 4 of 10, Tori Tooke led in kills with 13 of 38, Claire Callahan had 3 of 4 blocks, and Heather LaBree had 16 of 59 digs.
Wrapping up their regular season play against Wibaux the next day, the girls won 25-21, 25-17, and 25-23. Callahan led in kills (13 of 32), blocks (3 of 3), and tied for the lead in aces with Gracie Tooke (2). Kari Kittelmann had 14 of 73 digs and Tori Tooke had 14 of 29 assists.
Wibaux did not count the game as a conference game, so the Bulldog win did not move them from second to first place in the conference. With a second place finish, the Bulldogs will first take on seventh place NCTS at the district tournament in Glendive. The game is scheduled for 10:30 a.m. on Thursday
