Schedule a wellness visit

Dahl Memorial Clinic provides healthcare services for people of all ages. Dale Diede, PA-C and Carla Dowdy, PA-C provide Well Child Exams for children from age 0 to age 18. The clinic also offers vaccinations for children of all ages. Vaccinations are available at the time of the Well Child Exam or they can be scheduled. Dahl Memorial Clinic not only provides wellness exams for children, but also for adults of any age. People age 65 or over who have original Medicare as their primary health insurance are entitled to an Annual Wellness Visit at no charge! The Annual Wellness Visit does not include an exam by a primary care provider, but it does provide an opportunity to go over medications, screenings and preventive exams that are recommended.
