Grant money from the Montana Department of Transportation (MDT) and a twenty percent county match recently allowed Carter County to purchase a new Carter Charter. Harold Burch, left, drove to Billings on April 5 and met with MDT to pick up the 2018 Toyota Sienna LE van. The van comfortably seats six passengers.
