Powell, Hoover tie the knot

Chris Powell and Libby Hoover were married April 29th in Atlanta, Georgia. He is a product manager and she is a physical therapist.

After the wedding, the couple honeymooned in Ireland and Scotland. They will reside in the Atlanta area.

Powell is a 1996 graduate of Carter County High School.
