    Lady Blue beat Baker handily last Friday. The Dogs out-rebounded the Spartans (38-19), won the turnover battle (18-35) and had more steals (19-12).     On December 21, the Lady Bulldogs defeated Jordan by a wide margin, 65-20. CCHS had a fifteen point lead at the end of the first quarter and never looked back.     The Lady Bulldogs had a strong showing in Baker last Tuesday as they dismantled their Class B foe and went on to win by 42 points.     On December 11, CCHS traveled to Baker to take on the Spartans. In JV boys action the Dogs trailed by five at halftime, but scored only 12 in the second half and eventually lost, 27-44.     On Friday, the Lady Bulldogs opened their basketball season in Lavina against Reed Point-Rapelje. The girls controlled the majority of the contest, outscoring their opponent 17-1 in the second quarter, and winning by 33 points.     The Ekalaka Junior High Pups girls basketball team finished in second place at their end of the year tournament on November 17. The girls handily defeated Melstone in their first game.     Last weekend the Bulldog men took the court in a start-of-season tournament at Lavina. Blue went 1-1 to start their season, defeating Reed Point-Rapelje and losing to Winnett-Grass Range.     CCHS Bulldog football finished their season on Friday night in Jordan. The Dogs played a great first half on defense, holding the Mustangs to 8 points.
