After being down early in Broadus, the CCHS Lady Bulldogs stormed back to take a 17-point victory over the Hawks last Friday. CCHS basketball teams traveled to Wibaux on December 21st to take on the Longhorns. The JV boys won by three points in an overtime thriller as nine Bulldogs scored in the contest. The Lady Bulldogs picked up a pair of conference wins before going on Christmas break. On December 21 in Wibaux, the Lady 'Dogs downed the Lady Longhorns, 56-33. The CCHS Lady Bulldogs lost in a nail-biter on December 17th in Baker. Blue had a 10-point lead at halftime but turnovers in the second half let the Spartans back into the game. The girls varsity team went 2-0 in Broadview, defeating two non-conference opponents, Bridger and Broadview-Lavina. Carter County High School defeated Broadus by twenty-six points in their final game of the football season on Saturday. The game took place in Broadus and featured the fourth place team from each of the Montana 8-Man Eastern Conference's sub-divisions.
