Despite their best effort, the Carter County Bulldogs' high school football season ended on October 25th in Scobey. The Bulldogs and the Spartans were in a clash for playoff glory. The winner would head to the Montana 8-man playoffs as the fourth seed from the east-the loser would be done with football until next season. The Bulldogs pulled away from their rival Longhorns in the fourth quarter to come away with a 48-34 victory in Wibaux on October 5th. CCHS only had 11 men suited up for the game.
