On February 5th, eleven adults and 23 kids gathered at the Carter County Event Center for a Puptown Wrangler 4-H meeting. The Puptown Wranglers reviewed the 4-H constitution. The death of Fallon man, Isaac Carrier, whose body was found following a fire on Jan. 23 has been ruled a homicide and two men were arrested last week on charges related to the incident.
