    Only thirty-six members were in attendance at the annual Dahl Memorial Healthcare Association meeting on September 21 in the physical therapy room of the hospital.     Two separate bond elections, each for $750,000, were the topic of discussion at a community meeting on Tuesday night inside the CCHS Tuggle Room.     Senior exercise classes will start on Monday, October 2nd, in the physical therapy room at Dahl Memorial Healthcare. The classes are held on Mondays and Thursdays from 4 to 4:50 p.m. Classes are free to the public and will include stretching, strength training, balance, cardio and optional mat work.     Carter County Weed District is available for small private spray jobs that can be completed in one or two days using a side-by-side or four-wheeler. These jobs may include noxious weeds in range or pasture areas, or ground sterilization of driveways and parking areas.
