In an effort to recruit more bus route drivers at Ekalaka Public Schools, the unified board of trustees recently voted to substantially increase driver pay. The previous route pay for Class E drivers (driving school SUVs) was $16.16 per hour. The board recently approved increasing that wage to $20.25 per hour. The Carter County FFA chapter traveled to Billings April 2nd-6th to compete in various career development events and leadership development events over the course of the week. The teams did very well while competing.
