    The death of Fallon man, Isaac Carrier, whose body was found following a fire on Jan. 23 has been ruled a homicide and two men were arrested last week on charges related to the incident. Dahl Memorial opened its doors on November 11, 2021, after a 3-day move-in period. The first few weeks were a little challenging, but staff adapted to the new environment rather quickly. Loehding, a 2021 CCHS graduate, was one of 4,226 students named to the fall 2022 dean’s list at North Dakota State University.
