    The Annual Days of ‘85 Firemen’s Barbecue will be taking place at a different location this year. Ekalaka Volunteer Fire Department members will be serving pulled pork sandwiches, coleslaw and beans at the future home of EVFD which is located at the corner of E.     A fire at Mainstreet Market caused significant damage to the Ekalaka building Monday. At around 5:50 a.m., Sheriff Neil Kittelmann was called because the back door of the business was open and there was graffiti painted on the exterior.
