Dahl Memorial Healthcare will not be holding an annual health fair this year due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Although there won’t be a health fair, Dahl will still be offering the service of screening labs at a lower cost to local community members. Staff also recently announced that they are starting a program called Lab Check which will cover four screening tests to the public year-round. Last week, county commissioners unanimously voted to change the name of the new healthcare facility currently under construction in Ekalaka. Next Monday Dahl Memorial Healthcare Association will hold one more drive-thru flu vaccination clinic. The clinic will take place outside of the hospital from 4:30 to 6 p.m. The cost for the vaccine is $25 and can be paid by cash or check only.
