    On July 20, Ekalaka Track and Arena held their annual youth rodeo and ranch rodeo. In addition to the event winners in the youth rodeo, all-around winners for each age group received buckles.     Over seventy people attended Montana Shakespeare in the Parks' performance of "Henry IV, Part 1" on Monday evening in Ekalaka. The performance was sponsored by Sagebrush Service Club and enjoyed on the Dahl Memorial Healthcare lawn.     Dahl Memorial Healthcare employees who would like to see the new facility include a walking path around the block of the facility have taken matters into their own hands. The safe, four-foot-wide sidewalk dubbed by employees as the "Health Walk" would ideally include benches for resting, four dog waste clean-up stations and a tiny library to trade and donate books. After the west wall was removed, the steel jail inside was pulled out and taken to one of Carter County Museum's warehouses.
