    The Carter County Community Foundation (CCCF) recently announced this year's grant recipients. The ambulance fund at Dahl Memorial Healthcare received $3,800 to help purchase a basket stretcher for rough country rescues.     The groundbreaking ceremony for the new Dahl Memorial Healthcare facility was held on September 6. Since then, Ekalaka has received 5.34 inches of moisture, and several inches of snow.
