    Sagebrush Service Club’s Annual Holiday Bazaar is quickly approaching. The event will take place on Saturday, November 23 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Carter County High School.     Michael Millward officially started work as the new Fallon and Carter County Extension agent on September 3. Millward grew up in the small town of Bicknell in south central Utah.     Southeast Electric Cooperative held an annual meeting last Friday. After several year's of holding the meeting at Carter County High School, employees decided to try something new this year and instead held the meeting at the truck shop behind the cooperative building. Last year, 231 people were served at the meeting. This year 264 total guests, including 160 members, were served.
