    The Gumbo Gophers 4-H Club held their June meeting on the 11th at the Alzada Hall. Market sheep and goat weigh-ins were held before the meeting. Members set the date for lake day on July 21st at Orman Dam. They also set the date for the Fireman’s BBQ on August 2 at 6 p.m. at the Alzada Hall.     The Fallon/Carter Extension Office recently announced upcoming dates for the Ekalaka Range Tour, July 19th, and the Tri-County Weed Tour, July 20th. This year, the Ekalaka Range Tour will be at the Carroll Ranch (Gabe and Stephanie), 2261 Hwy 323, about 23 miles south of Ekalaka on Hwy 323.
