    Dahl Memorial Healthcare Association’s Annual Health Fair Blood Draw is scheduled for April 3rd, 4th, and 5th from 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at Carter County Events Center. The cost for the basic blood draw panel is $35, and if men want to have a PSA (Prostate Specific Antigen) checked it will cost an additional $25.
