    Chadron State College's combined undergraduate and graduate winter commencement exercises were canceled Dec. 16, due to heavy snowfall and high winds. Tanner McInerney of Alzada completed a Bachelor of Arts at the end of the fall, 2022 semester.     I would like to share more information on the Rowley family. To follow up, I said Mr. Rowley's first times of teaching was the day after Labor Day in 1920. Now a little bit about Ruby! Ruby Johnson was born on June 16, 1903 at Ridgway, Missouri. Her background was of German immigrants and Ruby lived on a farm, I think. Mr. Rowley and Ruby were married August 10, 1929.     Southeast Montana's first late-season hunt, previously known as a shoulder season, will run from Nov. 28 - Feb. 15.     According to the National Weather Service, the total snowfall accumulation in Ekalaka from Tuesday through Friday of last week was 25 inches. An additional 1.4 inches was recorded throughout the remainder of the weekend.
