    Nash Sauers, Ekalaka, Mont., graduated from Bismarck State College with an Associate in Applied Science degree in Process Plant Technology during the college's 80th commencement ceremony on May 15, 2020. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the BSC 2020 Commencement ceremony was held virtually to confer over 970 degrees.     CCHS Volleyball lost a match to the Baker Spartans in Baker last Saturday. The Bulldogs lost the first set 15-25, the second 8-25, and the fourth 18-25. They were able to win a tightly contested third set 26-24. Ella Owen had 5 aces in the contest. Kenzie Tooke led the team in kills (7 of 24) and blocks (3 of 3).     As of Tuesday, October 6, Montana reports a cumulative total of 15,347 confirmed COVID-19 cases, including 504 new cases since yesterday, 4,983 active cases, and 10,172 patients considered recovered.     The Montana Department of Transportation (MDT) recently announced a proposal to resurface about 9.5 miles of Highway 323, southeast of Ekalaka. The public is invited to comment.     This year, Dahl Memorial Healthcare Association is hosting drive-thru flu vaccination clinics. To date, four clinics have already taken place. Three more are still available, from 4:30 to 6 p.m. on Monday, October 12, October 19 and October 26.
