    Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks is kicking off the biennial hunting season-setting process earlier to allow for more public engagement and greater transparency. Patsy was born in Ekalaka on April 6, 1931, in the front seat of the family ranch truck on the way to the hospital. She was born into the local ranching community and attended high school in Ekalaka, graduating as a proud Bulldog in 1949. Main) to the old law office building on the other end of the street.
