    Lloyd Clayton Davis, (93), of Eugene, Oregon passed away on May 30, 2024, of age-related causes. Lloyd was born to Clayton and Gertrude (Smith) Davis, on November 2, 1930, in Ekalaka, Montana. Although we all had our doubts, Lloyd insisted that Ekalaka was the center of the universe. Lloyd's mother passed when he was six years old.     On June 28th, the county commission made the decision to aid the town of Ekalaka in it's ongoing effort to build a new pool in Ekalaka. The county committed to donating $200,000 for a new pool in the town of Ekalaka.
