    A 19-year-old Ashland man died early Monday morning in a one-vehicle rollover crash near Broadus, according to the Montana Highway Patrol. The man had previously competed in the match bronc ride at Ekalaka held Sunday afternoon. A 20-year-old area resident was a passenger in the vehicle.     As of 5 p.m. Tuesday evening, Ekalaka had recorded 6.34 inches of precipitation throughout the month of June, according to the National Weather Service. Heavy rains on Monday and Tuesday even led to some areas of localized flooding. Between 5 p.m. Monday evening and 5 p.m. on Tuesday, 2.39 inches fell.     Montana income taxpayers may notice extra money in their bank accounts or a rebate check in the mail next month. The Montana Department of Revenue will begin issuing rebates of 2021 individual income taxes to over 530,000 qualifying Montana taxpayers beginning July 3. The department anticipates distributing most rebates by August 31.
