    Emswiler Pool opened on Memorial Day, May 27th in Ekalaka this year. Last year the pool opened on June 16th; it opened on June 27th in 2022. Forty-two kids made their way to the pool on opening day to enjoy their start to summer-even though the temperature only hit a high of 66 degrees on Monday.
