    Landowners have until March 15 to submit applications to Montana Fish, Wildlife, & Parks for enrollment in the Unlocking Public Lands Program. Through this program, landowners who agree to allow access for all general recreational use, including hunting, fishing, trapping, hiking, bird-watching, and other uses compatible with the use of public lands, for a majority of the year (at least 6 months and 1 day), are entitled to receive a $750 annual tax credit per contract.     Betty Vail will be in Ekalaka on March 13 to sign individuals up for the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP). SNAP is a federal nutrition program that helps individuals stretch their food budget and buy healthy food. SNAP benefits are given each month on a plastic, electronic benefits transfer (EBT) card.     Last weekend, the CCHS Lady Bulldogs defeated Plenty Coups, Bridger, and Harlowton/Ryegate to secure the Montana Southern C Divisional Championship. This weekend, the team will travel to Butte for the state tournament. Their first game is against Plentywood at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
