The CCHS boys basketball team picked up a pair of important wins over the weekend. On Friday, they defeated Northern Cheyenne, 69-28. Then, in Wibaux on Saturday, they won 44-39. The Lady Bulldogs had little trouble taking down Northern Cheyenne at home last Friday. The girls put up 30 in the first quarter and eventually won by 54. Fallon and Carter County Annual Spray Day’s will be held on February 20 and 21 this year. This program is a collaboration of efforts between Extension and weed departments in both Fallon and Carter County. Organizers have put together a great set of speakers and hope interested persons can join them . The Carter County 4-H Shooting Stars hosted their sixth annual Invitational Shoot on February 2nd, 2019 at the Fallon County Indoor Shooting Range and Fallon County Exhibit Hall. Matt McCabe was elected as the Northern Pulse Growers Association (NPGA) secretary by the Northern Pulse Growers Association board of directors on January 29.
